What Information is Collected?
The information that Psigenics collects about you while you are using the Site falls into two general categories:
1. Information You Provide to Us.
Psigenics may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily supply in connection with a feature provided on the Site. Some examples of this type of information include information (such as your name or email address) that you electronically submit when you sign up for certain features of the Site, and information that you post on message boards on the Site. If you decline to supply or provide Psigenics with certain information while using the Site, you may not be able to use or participate in some or all of the features offered through the Site.

Psigenics also collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you navigate through the Site. For example information about your computer's connection to the Internet and your IP address.
How is this Information Used?
Psigenics uses the information it collects from you while you are using the Site in a variety of ways, including internal analyses to improve site content and determining to whom we should send product and service offerings. If you do not wish to receive product offerings from Psigenics, you may follow the instructions contained within the offering to remove yourself from our mailing list.
Psigenics does not intend to sell or transfer personal information without your consent to third parties. However, Psigenics may release information about visitors in compliance with a lawful request by appropriate law enforcement or government agencies.
Children's Privacy Statement
The Site is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
