Scott Wilber - Founder, President, CEO
Scott first contemplated PRD technology in 1992 and has been conducting research in the field since then. Scott has several other inventions to his name including the first commercial pulse oximeter - a medical device that has saved thousands of lives since its introduction in 1981. He holds 8 US patents for innovations including optical character recognition and true random number generation, with others pending on the PRD technology.
David Joffe - Outside Director, Technical Advisor
David Joffe is an experienced biomedical entrepreneur and the founder of Lexicor Medical Technology, a leader in the application of EEG to behavioral medicine. He was also involved in the development of the first pulse oximeter. David's research interests focus on the application of EEG to consciousness exploration. In 2004 David received a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Neurofeedback Division of the Association for Applied Physiology and Biofeedback.
Patrick Wilber - Chief Software Architect
Patrick has worked on the PRD project for 6 years and has contributed software for testing, servers, clients, web pages and embedded designs. He brings over 10 years of professional software development experience including expertise in system and application design, interfacing with near real-time hardware systems, Internet communications, and website development and security.
